Peter Syregelas recently obtained judgment in favor of our insurer client in the Southern District of Illinois. In that case, Peter argued that there was no coverage for a claim of retaliatory discharge and violations of the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act under a Commercial Liability Insurance Policy, after the underlying plaintiff alleged she was fired for reporting her employer to the Federal Labor Board for failing to make deposits to her employer-sponsored retirement account.
